Alcove Linear Media Furniture
A common feature in most homes, chimney breasts and the alcoves they form have often been considered an obstacle when trying to achieve a more contemporary linear feel to the room. The use of matching paneling to the rear of the panoramic fire; creates a bridge between the alcove storage, helps to enhance the width of the room and provides a look of continuous modern low-level media furniture to a traditional chimney breast. part of a multi-room project within a recently renovated property in collaboration with Richard Ruddick architecture.
