Along the Sheyenne
Black walnut used for the handrail, balasters, and knewl posts. Solid white oak wood used for the treads and risers. The flooring is white oak, the material for the floor was extracted during the excavation of this project. The trees needed to be removed for construction so they were kiln dried and milled for flooring.
