Burling Street Residence
The kids rooms had been painted by a faux painter previously, and the kids would have been crushed if I got rid of their murals. They were cute so we kept them. One loves dinosaurs and the other is obsessed with cars...so I changed the carpet because it worked with the furniture and the client didn't want to change the furniture until each boy had their own room. My love in this room is the new wool carpeting and the new gray-green wall color which makes the room feel a bit more grown up than the nursery blue that was on the walls when I started.
We found some new bedspreads at PB kids and kept the window treatment that the Mom wanted for the window transoms. There are reading lights next to each bed as well.
