Angela Francis Interiors, LLCThis home had a very small bathroom for the combined use of their teenagers and guests. The space was a tight 5'x7'. By adding just 2 feet by taking the space from the closet in an adjoining room, we were able to make this bathroom more functional and feel much more spacious.
The show-stopper is the glass and metal mosaic wall tile above the vanity. The chevron tile in the shower niche complements the wall tile nicely, while having plenty of style on its own.
To tie everything together, we continued the same tile from the shower all around the room to create a wainscot.
The weathered-look hexagon floor tile is stylish yet subtle.
We chose to use a heavily frosted door to keep the room feeling lighter and more spacious.
Often when you have a lot of elements that can totally stand on their own, it can overwhelm a space. However, in this case everything complements the other. The style is fun and stylish for the every-day use of teenagers and young adults, while still being sophisticated enough for use by guests.

Chi Renovation & DesignWe created this mid-size trendy bathroom by refurbishing existing vanity and fixtures. White subway tiles were wrapped around the bathroom with grey porcelain tiles. The floor tiles bear a resemblance to brush strokes of watercolors, creating a flow in the space. We installed a new soaking bathtub with a frameless barn shower door to add to the unique look. The tile pattern and neutral colors help elongate the space and make it feel bigger. As a part of this renovation, we carved out a small laundry space in the hallway closet. Full size stacked washer and dryer fit perfectly and can be easily enclosed.

A glass splash guard on hinges acts as a partial door and wall to stop the water from escaping the shower. This option keeps the bathroom wide open while still working the way it is supposed to.
123 Remodeling Inc.The client wanted a bigger shower, so we changed the existing floor plan and made there small tiny shower into an arched and more usable open storage closet concept, while opting for a combo shower/tub area. Keir TownsendAttention to detail and bespoke touches give this simple bathroom a luxurious feel. To add visual perception of depth to a relatively small space, the bespoke hand-painted glass panel behind the bath is created by painting the background shade on to the back of the glass. The pattern, depth of color and shine is then applied using silver, gold or copper leaf; colors are all hand-mixed to achieve the perfect tone. The panels are made from toughened glass and can be cut to size.
Taps are in chrome with wenge inserts and the lights chrome with a leather trim. The bath panel, wall paneling cornicing and vanity unit are all in glossy painted wood. The floor is in cross cut marble as is the ledge around the bath. The bath has a bespoke chrome trim.
Designed to provide a clever solution to bathroom storage, this bathroom butler is a convenient way to access whilst removing the element of clutter around the bath.
