S I N G E RAncient Vastu form and function design characteristics create a meditative feeling within. Two architectural boxes connected by a steel bridge. One glass box which emerges from a Turkish limestone structure, houses the living area. The other planted solidly into the earth, showcases a private entertaining deck above. Frameless glazing opens the loft style spaces completely to the panoramic ocean views. Fire elements create dramatic shadowing outside and translucent panels shower the inside with ambient light. Modern technology and innovative design elements allow electronically enclosed rooms to be completely exposed to the elements at just the right time of day. Walnut, brown oak, and bronze materials connect w/ our souls. A forty foot steel trellis pierces the building, perfect for in/out vegetation. You are greeted by an eighty foot skylight cantelievering over entry drawing you within and above into living.
Paragon StairsParagon's Devon Spiral Stair is an aluminum frame spiral staircase that has a weatherproof finish. The homeowner chose to add their own composite deck boards to the steps for a seamless transition between the two spaces.

Lee Kartis Home DesignBuilt in 1998, the 2,800 sq ft house was lacking the charm and amenities that the location justified. The idea was to give it a "Hawaiiana" plantation feel.
Exterior renovations include staining the tile roof and exposing the rafters by removing the stucco soffits and adding brackets.
Smooth stucco combined with wood siding, expanded rear Lanais, a sweeping spiral staircase, detailed columns, balustrade, all new doors, windows and shutters help achieve the desired effect.
On the pool level, reclaiming crawl space added 317 sq ft. for an additional bedroom suite, and a new pool bathroom was added.
On the main level vaulted ceilings opened up the great room, kitchen, and master suite. Two small bedrooms were combined into a fourth suite and an office was added. Traditional built-in cabinetry and moldings complete the look.
Urban BloomsThis Installation is Ohio's tallest living wall, spanning 2 stories, 22 ft tall. This wall features just about 500 living tropical plants and a custom plasma cut stainless steel frame.
H2D Architecture + DesignAn entry console by the foyer allows for a landing place for keys, mail, or guests handbags. You can easily tuck miscellaneous items away into the cabinetry if a minimalist look is desired.
Design Directives, LLCA bright and spacious floor plan mixed with custom woodwork, artisan lighting, and natural stone accent walls offers a warm and inviting yet incredibly modern design. The organic elements merge well with the undeniably beautiful scenery, creating a cohesive interior design from the inside out.
Open staircase with floating stair treads, and a stainless steel & glass handrail. Exposed steel support beams with blackened finish complements the art displayed in stairwell.

Everything HomeOur Carmel design-build studio was tasked with organizing our client’s basement and main floor to improve functionality and create spaces for entertaining.
In the basement, the goal was to include a simple dry bar, theater area, mingling or lounge area, playroom, and gym space with the vibe of a swanky lounge with a moody color scheme. In the large theater area, a U-shaped sectional with a sofa table and bar stools with a deep blue, gold, white, and wood theme create a sophisticated appeal. The addition of a perpendicular wall for the new bar created a nook for a long banquette. With a couple of elegant cocktail tables and chairs, it demarcates the lounge area. Sliding metal doors, chunky picture ledges, architectural accent walls, and artsy wall sconces add a pop of fun.
On the main floor, a unique feature fireplace creates architectural interest. The traditional painted surround was removed, and dark large format tile was added to the entire chase, as well as rustic iron brackets and wood mantel. The moldings behind the TV console create a dramatic dimensional feature, and a built-in bench along the back window adds extra seating and offers storage space to tuck away the toys. In the office, a beautiful feature wall was installed to balance the built-ins on the other side. The powder room also received a fun facelift, giving it character and glitz.
