Select Floors and TilesInterior Designer & Homestager Celene Collins (info@celenecollins.ie) beautifully finished this show house for new housing estate Drake's Point in Crosshaven,Cork recently using some of our products. This is showhouse type A.
In the Hallway, living room and front room area, she opted for "Authentic Herringbone - Superior Walnut" a 12mm laminate board which works very well with the warm tones she had chosen for the furnishings.
In the expansive Kitchen / Dining area she chose the "Kenay Gris Shiny [60]" Polished Porcelain floor tile, a stunning cream & white marbled effect tile with a veining of grey-brown allowing this tile to suit with almost colour choice.
In the master ensuite, she chose the "Lumier Blue [16.5]" mix pattern porcelain tile for the floor, with a standard White Metro tile for the shower area and above the sink.

Keir TownsendThis area was originally the kitchen but the space has been re-designed to create a wide corridor between the rear and front entrances of the house. Made to measure matt lacquered wood cupboards, painted in light taupe create a complete wall of valuable storage. Good lighting is key in these busy transitional areas so both decorative pendant and ceiling lamps have been specified to create a soft effect. Floors are white-washed, textured wood effect ceramic tiles with Emperador marble effect inserts. The mirror has been carefully positioned to reflect light. All the furniture is bespoke and available from Keir Townsend.

The 10,000 sq ft House, in a beautiful elevated position in glorious open countryside, was very dated, cold and drafty. A major Renovation programme was undertaken as well as achieving Planning Permission to extend the property, demolish and move the garage, create a new sweeping driveway and to create a stunning Skyframe Swimming Pool Extension on the garden side of the House. This first phase of this fabulous project was to fully renovate the existing property as well as the two large Extensions creating a new stunning Entrance Hall and back door entrance. The stunning Vaulted Entrance Hall area with arched Millenium Windows and Doors and an elegant Helical Staircase with solid Walnut Handrail and treads. Gorgeous large format Porcelain Tiles which followed through into the open plan look & feel of the new homes interior. John Cullen floor lighting and metal Lutron face plates and switches.
