Gans Renovation
Again we are without before photos but here is the finished job. We left the original tile even though there were some serious flaws in it. Some cracks and holes from previous showers doors were evident. By leaving it original and regrouting the whole tub surround we enhanced the beauty of the original tile and gave it a sort of "character" associated with aging similar to old wood floors with flaws. Note the original cast iron bathtub was in horrible condition but was refinished by 3in1 Bath Refinishers in San Diego. Thx to Eddie for the fine work. They also did the kitchen sink which came out just as beautiful.
