Mangaris Custom Deck
NeWave construction built this deck in Irvine turtle rock community. We used pursue treated beams, floor joist and Ector grade Simpson joist hangers for the sub structure. This decking maintence of oiling the wood. If the wood does not get oiled the product will darken similar to Redwood. This product is in the hardwood family and will last for years. Termites and other insects typically not like this wood so it's a great choice.
