Stone Residence
The original structure of the Stone Residence dates back to 1887, including the main house, the summer cottage and the barn. Since the property is part of the national historic district, all new work had to satisfy the local historic review process.
New work included the renovation of the original house and a new indoor lap pool designed to mimic a long horse barn. Careful efforts were made to preserve the historic character of the three existing buildings while providing a bright and contemporary home for a young and growing family.
Additions to the house included a kitchen/great room on the main floor and a master bedroom and bath on the second floor.
