Summer Bedroom
From my Scandinavian perspective, waking up in a black and white room during Summer and Spring times is very energising. Now that we live in Palm Springs, where temperatures cross the 110F (July/August) we have found ourselves wanting to wake up as early as possible whilst the sun is still low and enjoying a siesta in the middle of the day while it's at its most deathly outside. Thick, double layered (white) curtains are paramount.
