Wilbury Villas
The proposal was to redevelop a small site of low ecological value in East Sussex. This included the construction of a single residential unit with a garden area. The garden area was to support a variety of enhancements to provide new opportunities for local wildlife.
Invasive and fast growing plants dominated the wasteland. One of the key recommendation from the council was to enhance an ecological value of the site by planting shrubs, native species and species which provide nectar.
The house was awarded with an eco certificate.
