Our homes are all high custom to each specific client. The stainless steel is a great choice in that there is no concern of rust developing and leeching on to the concrete finish floors. As the home is in an Oceanside location, that is a concern to all metal finishes so we strongly recommend stainless steel finishes for items like hardware, as otherwise they will need replacing within a short time.
