Fireplaces
Good proportions - tv to f place. Also, firebox is elevated a bit off the floor. Like the projection of the f-place.
Style, mini hearth, proportions=all good.
Good height of built-ins. Crown molding top is too wide an angle, but see the sconces on either side of tv and regular height mantel allows for comfortable tv viewing.
Built-ins - Love the wide handles on the wide drawers on either side of the fireplace.
TV is too high here, but this is a good tiny raised hearth. I would have moved the mantel and tv down.
Good tv-to-f-place ratio.
Good proportions - tv to f-place. Ignore the overdone moldings.
Proportions matter. The linear fireplaces tend to be wider, perhaps a better match for a larger tv above. Too small a firebox below looks goofy.
Hmmm...this one looks great. It's off the floor, linear style, but wide and still has a mantle over it.
Love the shades of white in the stacked stone. It would be easy to love stone like that for a long time and all colors of crushed shells/sand. I don't love the mantel.
Cool way to bring nickel gap into fplace - don't love all in this pic, but pieces. Maybe the stone doesn't go to ceiling, but up to mantel and nickel gap goes across the whole top above fplace and built-ins?
Stone on the fireplace Builtin's are different
Nice stone
More modern, not likely, but you never know
I like this fireplace overall, if you are not taking the stone to the ceiling.....
stone used on fireplace - looks like Chilton
Entirely different direction...
Outdoor fireplace is nice
Basement fireplace idea
Has a nice "back in time" Cape Cottage feel to this. This may or may not be inline with our style direction....
I like the stone with some other wood finishes (don't like the doors and bead board, but something similar....
??? Combo stone and wood
Hmmmm, divide the room....
I think I like the stone....
Like the stone... maybe
