If we go down the path of opening up the existing structure, and using it as a great room, the white oak floors, beams as visual interest at the top, and floor to ceiling glass combination is an avenue we’d like to explore

While a tad dark on some of the finishes, we like the idea of adding lots of texture through the space, with options to bring in lots of natural light

This is far larger than an area we can create, but the lighting to create warmth and coziness stood out. Also, lots of textures + neutrals here that were of interest

Feels a little too white/light, but using cement as a feature/texture stood out.

The extra long kitchen counter that overlooks a large seating area, all contained within a vaulted structure with lots of natural light. This is our killer combination.

Love this for the bedroom. Wood accent ceiling, lots of light. Otherwise pretty minimal.
