Really like this blue counter! Wonder if we can do something like this? And maybe we go back to the tall symmetrical cabinet on the left again with the same kind of cabinet around the fridge on the right and then do something really cool in the middle?

forgot to mention that we do have framework for a fireplace similar to this one in the wall to the left of the bar...not sure if will work in design...but there as an option!
