Svara på: The dark color. The new quality stains and paints hold up very well. Good power washing for prep, and let get really dry. I have dark tone on our fence and it stayed beautifully for 8 years. So good prep and quality product with good spray application, (not watered down) and it should last many years. But the way, I am in hot humid Houston where the sun beats down like crazy.

Svara på: Paint it BM Black Forest Green. It's a dark green, almost black (!) It will make the fence recede and any plantings will look good against it. I have a very small backyard and painted the existing stained fence in Black Forest Green--the yard looks bigger and the entire landscape better now that the fence is not the focal point.
