PROJECT: pebble tech pool, needs new plumbing and cleaning system, update hardscape and landscape design. Do not need to revise dimensions of pool, but want to get cost on adding negative edge. Hardscape and landscape design needs to be included in overall back yard makeover with new patio, portico and fireplace.
