“Peter designed a new kitchen extension on our Victorian House in Dublin 8 in 2016. We found Peter to be an excellent listener to our needs as we had a tight budget. The design that Peter came up was fantastic as it gave us so much light, a bigger back yard, along with making the house feel more complete. Peter did the full set of drawings for the builder and did several site visits and made any mods that we needed as the build went on. We are a family with 3 kids and the difference the extension has made to how the house looks and feels is astonishing. I would highly recommend Peter to anyone who is considering work to their house. “Dreyer Architecture worked with us to design and and build a light-filled extension that was sympathetic to our period house, a protected structure from the 1830s. The project involved new kitchen and dining areas, as well as utility room, pantry and bathroom. Almost two years on, I can confidently say it's a great success, changing how we live day to day and use the garden. Kim was always thoughtful, creative and responsive to our needs and ideas, with a reassuring empathy to the existing building in terms of proportions, detailing and materials. And it works wonderfully.”

“We worked with Josh to design and project manage an extension to our 1930s house in Dublin 7. It included demolishing our old kitchen and lean-to sheds, and building a new kitchen/dining room with a downstairs bathroom / utility room. Beforehand we visited several clients in the local area who had positive experiences with House Architects. The pricing structure was very clear. Josh was a pleasure to work with, and unflappable, which is always very reassuring. Once we had designs we were happy with, he worked to put the project out to tender and managed the relationship and the payments to the builder. This was the most valuable aspect for us. Particularly towards the end of the project, there were probably issues where we would have let the builder cut corners, but it was great to have Josh there to hold the line and ensure the project was completed to specification. We've been living with our extension for 18 months now and we're delighted with it - it's transformed the way we use the house and the garden.”

Their patience and service is top quality and the finished product far exceeds my original ideas.
