“After interviewing several architects, we chose Simonson Design to create our dream home at Lake Texoma. We provided our vision, and Alex, our architect, created not only what we envisioned but architectural features that enhanced and went beyond our vision. What is more, Alex exhibited extreme patience with the multitude of changes that we made to the plan. The 3D platform made it easy for us to see exactly where these changes needed to be made. We just received the final plans. They certainly exceeded our expectations. We are elated and cannot wait to build our dream home. The photo is a picture of our property, waiting for our dream home to be built. We could not be more pleased with our decision to hire Simonson Design to create our vision.”

“Purva Design Studio was amazing in the design and build-out of our office and showroom. It was a challenging project that required a full remodel and gut of the entire space. Her knowledge of both architecture and construction led us to work with her over some of the other design firms we had interviewed. We get many compliments from our customers, and have now referred her to many other companies and friends we know who had complex new builds and remodels. Additionally, after our office, the firm also did a large remodel for our house. Once again this was pretty complex, and their ability communicate with all the contractors and sub-contractors on our site helped save us a lot of money and time. Highly recommend!”

“I have known Steve for about 3 years and we have worked together on numerous projects. Steve is very professional, is very knowledgeable about the construction industry. When he meets with a new client he listens to there needs and desires, he works witin the budget set by the client. When he has the drawings complete he sets down with the client and contractor goes over every detail of the drawings. After the project has started he stays in contact with the contractor to make sure everything is going smoothly, if there is a problem he comes to the job site and will help resolve the issue. Steve Melchin is professional!!!! from the word go.”

“I am a Custom Builder in the Dallas-Ft Worth Metroplex and have worked with Mike and his team on numerous projects. They have done various size and style projects for us and have excelled at all of them. Most residnential architecture in DFW is done by desingers and not architects. The fact that Mike is an Architect is HUGE. When they provide us with a set of plans, all the details are there. It makes our job easier and gives the client a better product. I would certainly recommend Firmitas Design and will continue to use them.”
