“Studio Z was the architect on a large home remodel project in which I was the interior designer. It was great working with Dawn. She was very easy to communicate with, very personable, and very open to collaborating with me on design ideas. I know that the clients on this project spoke very highly of Dawn as well. They thought of her as both friendly and professional. The home turned out beautifully and I know that the clients love the end result. They could not have been more pleased with her work. I would highly recommend Studio Z Architecture to anyone.”

“Tammis is very easy to work with. Her range of taste is quite large. She is extremely professional and has a wide range of ideas to suggest. I am very happy with the basement remodeling project we did together. The basement is stunning. Its comfortable yet has elegant touches that elevated it to quite an upscale environment that maximizes the small space. The use of Shoji doors throughout makes a huge statement with very little footprint. Brilliant design, comfortable space.”

“We consulted with Jon to help us with reshape an old 3300 sq ft outdated quad level home into a 4000 sq ft Tuscan inspired dream. Jon worked with us on an extremely tight deadline, one week, to do full phase 1 drawings and sketches. We are so grateful for Jon's help and time, considering phase 1 typically takes a month or longer. What really impressed us was Jon's professionalism and passion for his work. He had a lot of great ideas and input for us, and the finished proposal was absolutely terrific. The project was going to cost around $400,000 to complete in its entirety, and Jon's proprietary formula for calculating cost, which uses data from 100s of previous jobs, was within 5% of the contractor's bid. We ultimately decided not to purchase the home and move forward with the gut and renovation due to personal reasons. However, Jon is without a doubt going to be our architect should another project ever arise. My wife and I cannot recommend Jon enough. When it comes to choosing an architect, you cannot go wrong.”

“Without a doubt we are completely happy with our choice to go with George. Not only does he genuinely listen to our ideas and wishes, he brings some unique and creative ideas to the table himself. He has been punctual on appointments, he has met every deadline thus far and he is within our budget. We didn't know what we were getting in to having done a simple search via the internet but we have been extremely happy with our decision to go with Bailey Built PLLC. We interviewed 4 others and have used an architect in the past with my construction jobs and were pleased with his excitement to get started and the pleasant atmosphere he creates. “We did a 4-season addition with porch and mudroom area off the kitchen/ dining areas. We also re-roofed the entire house, did an attic insulation blow-over, and painted walls and refinished hardwood floors throughout the existing living areas. It was a big project spanning two months non-stop. We had interviewed 3 design/build companies before selecting Cowdin, and we couldn't be happier with the result! At every step, Bill ensured our comfort and minimized the disruption to our daily life. Communication and follow-through was excellent. Our wish to collaborate was welcomed, and he shared our collective creative vision via CAD design and rendering tools to help us visualize the project during the planning and decision making stages. To help us participate in the construction phases, he used a web-based project planning tool called BuilderTREND that allowed us to monitor progress and approve change orders online. The project started and ended on-time with excellent coordination among the many contractors involved. Cowdin focuses on build a relationship with us. He blends technology and soft-skills on the client side with top-notch contractors on the execution side. In the end we are as delighted with our experience as we are with the results.”
