“2017-07-02 My husband and I had been thinking about remodeling our master bathroom for a few years, but we took our time to start it because we couldn’t find any designers we liked. However, after we had a consultation with Yuki, we had a good feeling that she would create our dream bathroom. She listened to our desires carefully and she created the design exactly how I wanted it to be. She communicated quite positively with our contractor and directed all the details of her design. Her advice was very professional and precise. Because of Yuki’s aesthetic design style, our dream bathroom turned out to be far better than we expected. We couldn’t go through the remodeling process without her. My husband and I are also planning an addition for our house in the future, and Yuki is the only person we will trust to work on our project again!”

“Sarit was awesome. We did a renovation of the house, and from start to finish Sarit set the tone. She listened to thoughts, and created a vision based on this. She is highly responsive, creative, thoughtful and supportive. Renovation can be trying and Sarit facilitated the process. Between creating renderings of the vision, working with the county for the permits, arranging and interfacing with the contractor, and designing the house, Sarit directed the project and was great. The outcome is fantastic, and I cannot tell you how much I appreciated Sarit's work here. I recommend her highly.”

“My experience with Pat was always top-notch. He was always attentive with a client-first attitude. Some of the highlights of working with Pat include: * His plans always proved that he paid attention to the requirements we brought up in our initial meetings. * In meetings with our contractor, he always represented our best interests and was always prepared. * Little things matter, and his thorough knowledge of how to navigate city hall planning departments was quite a refreshing relief from what we had experienced with a previous experience. Pat's plans sailed though the planning department and proved to be easy to understand by all involved including our contractor. * Pat was also a master of small details that might get by the home owner, for instance our closet door placement in our house's small bedrooms. Pat's attention to detail constantly amazed both me and my wife and ended up being important details especially in the beautiful kitchen he designed. My wife and I have been through this process before and our expectations were exceeded in every way by what Pat brought to the process. “I was introduced to Bess through a previous Designer I worked with who was retiring her business. She felt Bess would be a good fit for me and my job, and I knew from our first meeting she was right. Bess and her Studio 3 team came on the job when we completed the basic house conceptual plan. Her input and ideas only further enhanced the function of the floor plan. As well, her knowledge, expertise and practical approach has been so valuable especially as this is my first major house remodel. I have quickly found how easy it is to keep expanding the plan as well as the budget! She does a great job keeping me on track and realistic, which my husband appreciates! Bess has guided us through our Phase 1 of the crazy permit process for an in law quarters and is now assisting with our phase 2, the rest of the house., all the while setting expectations of how to work with the city. She is also great when working with your personal choice of contractors, although she provides her own top notch referrals. Her team is friendly and responsive. We still have a ways to go, but she is willing to work with you on what services you need in regards to your budget, which I appreciate. I've been in Real Estate for 13 years, and one thing I've learned is when you find great vendors, partner with them, keep using them and refer them! I've referred Studio 3 to two people / clients with different styles and both have been thrilled to work with her. I would highly recommend you give Studio 3 and Bess a call for your next large or smaller project!”
