“We worked with Alex for approx. 2 years on our project which was just completed in July 2013. We own an 1875 Carriage House that we were looking to update, renovate and expand to modern specifications. From start to finish I felt like our dream project was in good hands. We basically tore down 75% of the original structure, renovated the remaining 25% and expanded up adding a lot of second floor living space. We found it a pleasure to work with Alex and our builder found the same thing to be true. We would recommend ADL III highly. This project totaled approx. $600,000.”

“Jeff is an experienced architect that creates wonderful spaces. Jeff converted my hovel into a fabulous home. He combines engineering, design, details and above all a responsive customer friendly attitude. He was always available. He went above and beyond; I depended on him for lots of details that were outside of the scope of he services such as paint color and furniture layout. He worked on a city town home for me that was a standard row but created moldings, archways and other details that gave it an original charm. “I took a chance and hired North Pine Engineering from a recommendation and John the owner absolutely went above and beyond for my wife and I. We are doing a major renovation to our 2nd floor and really needed guidance on something that would work for our family of 4. We met with him and after discussing our plans in person and then over the phone a few times, he came up with pretty much exactly what we wanted and helped us understand the process. We tweaked a few things on the drawing and then sent them to the town to get approved. He got us all the necessary paperwork and filled out everything too. Well of course the plans got rejected, twice, as they typically do the first few times. Both times, John called me to discuss, and then made the proper revisions. He always got back to us to answer our questions which to me is the most important thing. Now we are finally ready for construction! I would highly recommend!”
