“I have had the privilege of working alongside Emily Nair of i.Balter Design on a number of construction projects. Emily’s most valuable qualities are her attention to detail, her meticulousness with her drawings and her calm and efficient approach. She has a warm and respectful manner with clients and is highly approachable. Emily’s ability to cater for the specific needs of her clients is outstanding. She is a great listener and is able to individualise her designs to suit the lifestyles of the people she designs for. She is highly organised and takes the stress away from the challenging and somewhat tedious tasks of obtaining permits and liaising with Council. I have received terrific feedback from many happy clients about Emily’s professionalism. From a builder’s perspective, Emily’s plans are highly detailed and accurate. She is very knowledgeable with her understanding of construction, therefore making required changes to plans easily and quickly. “Madden Building Group were fantastic from start to finish. We hired them to design our dream home and they delivered far above our expectations. We chose them because of the strength of their work, their Eco focus and ability to maximise usable space so we didn't get stuck with dead space that never got used. We also loved their style! Being our first home, we were a bit nervous about the whole process, they were really good at listening to what we wanted and used their own ideas to deliver a design that met our expectations and even delivered features we didn't even know we'd want but we totally love! If we hadn't gone with Madden, we would not have got a design that reflected who we are... we would've just got what we wrote on a list... and ultimately, that's what you want out of a design... something that ticks all the boxes but has that extra personal touch so it's a perfect match for you and your family. “Every day we find cause to enjoy our home and be thankful for the creative architecture and professional work of DE atelier - their design is innovative, functional and a retreat for peaceful living. Special features include raised walkway floating over a pond at the entrance, light-filled stairwell directing residents to lower level self contained living area, two bedrooms, study and bathroom. Upstairs the kitchen, living, balcony and master bedroom. Moving between the living and the bedroom features an internal bridge / walkway. The design enhances our privacy as we look out to a rural view, yet sheltered from the urban street.”
