He provided us with 3D rendering so we can visualize the final results with a full list for the materials needed for our project. All this has been done in a very timely manner. “Brewster Drafting House is a GO-TO Choice for David Michael Designs, we have worked together for years now and he is one of the most responsive and clearly talented designers around. We have since worked on countless projects and I would highly recommend him time and time again. His work is fast, clean, sharp, and on budget. He is well versed in Lumion, and SketchUp as well as Chief Architect. I can not say enough good things here, it's a no-brainer choice. Our last client told me that he was so impressed with Brewsters 3D, that his wife was not sure how we had "Built" the house before we even completed the blueprints. “Consider this your personal reference to a terrific and honest 5-star contractor! I’ve been using Naz and AMBCD for nearly 10 years and have hired them for numerous jobs (probably 5 or 6). Naz is always the first person I call when I solicit bids for a specific job. Usually, Naz is the person I hire, but in the few instances that they were too busy for my schedule I usually regretted not waiting to hire Naz when he could fit me into his schedule later on. I’ve hired AMBCD for small, medium, and large jobs. I’ve never been disappointed with the final work product and I unhesitatingly recommend them to family and friends. AMBCD isn’t always the least expensive option, but they are honest and will charge a fair price. One of the things that I am most impressed about Naz is the way he handles job change orders. His bids have been remarkably accurate, but inevitably work change orders will arise. Usually, these have been because I wanted to add something to the scope of work. Many contractors “make their money” on work change orders, but I always felt that these were treated fairly, transparently, and reasonably. Overall, if you hire Naz and AMBCD you will get great work quality at an honest price. I cannot recommend anybody higher and I will continue to be a happy repeat customer.”

“Dustin and Alex are passionate about what they do and their enthusiasm is contagious. They were incredibly professional and went above and beyond to create a layout that would suit our growing families needs while working within our budget. They redesigned our kitchen, family room and outdoor entertainment area. We plan to do the renovation in stages and they came up with a plan to tackle each phase. We have completed phase one which entailed knocking out our existing fire place that divided our kitchen and family room. We now have an open planned kitchen and living room that has completely transformed our space. We will be renovating our kitchen and entertainment area later on this year and feel confident in all elements of the redesign with direction from Eyoh Design. We look forward to working with them in the future.”

“We were very fortunate to find Teta Architecture and meet Allan and Amato Teta. We wanted to find an archtitect who would listen to our vision and who had the ability to translate our "dream" into reality and still maintain a targeted budget. Teta Architecture did that for us and more. Allan has great listening skills and he exceeded our expectations when he begin to "draw" our dream house. It was very exciting to meet with him during the conceptual period and see our home evolve exactly like we hoped it would. His drawing ability and his knowledge of architectural styles was a real joy to observe. Our goal was a "Hawaiian Style" home and he really nailed it for us. His father Amato was also instrumental in keeping us on track to meet our budget through "value" engineering during our design phase. His architecture and construction background was invaluable. The results were a home that was better than we envisioned at a cost to build that fell right into our targeted budget. Allan Teta is not only a great architect but a great guy! It was so nice to work with a man with passion for his architecture, but it was his concern for what we hoped to achieve in the home that made the process so easy and effortless. I cannot imagine a better experience and outcome. I think our pictures will show the story!”

“I highly recommend Studio 6 Architects both from a professional and a personal point of view. As an interior designer, I have worked with Studio 6 on many projects from concept to completion. Rob & Brian's designs are well thought out, beautiful and meets the client's needs. They are professional and easy to work with. Unlike other architects who may create plans and that is the end of it, Rob & Brian are involved throughout the entire project. They are also very good at create a design to meet the client's budgetary restraints. As a homeowner, my husband and I hired Studio 6 to design our dream home for us. What impressed me most was how much they really listened to us. They incorporated everything from the big things like room locations to the little things like the overall "feel" we were trying to achieve. Also, Rob & Brian did a phenomenal job of adding interest to every area of the home, both inside and out. Interesting repeating arches in the hallways, a large niche under the covered loggia, an exterior that looks wonderful from all four sides. In my opinion, this is what mades a good architecture firm. I whole-heartedly recommend Studio 6 Architects.”

Denise listened to us and understood our desire to make the new structure look just like the old one. She assisted every step of the way. We can't say enough good things about XAG Designs. We know our new barn will last another 100 years!”
