Eric has both a great artistic vision for the home but is also a detailed construction manager. He has carefully managed the subcontractors, held down costs, and worked hard to keep everything moving along. He is also fun to work with and is a great communicator.”

“We hired Designlink Architecture to renovate our 1980's home. Nothing has been done since it had been built, and though the bones were good, it was dark, chopped up, with very poor room flow. Debra Weisberg, Architect, removed several walls and created new spaces for laundry, kitchen and master bathroom. Debra presented her proposal in such a manner that we knew exactly what our costs were going to be. No hidden costs. At our request, Designlink assisted us with the contractor's bid analysis. She then worked with the selected contractor throughout the entire remodel. We also utilized her interior decorating abilities. We found this internal capability a bonus. She is a good listener and is able to put your thoughts to paper and design. We are very happy with the work Designlink has done and we would highly recommend them. Frank McLanis”

“My wife and I hired Soloway Designs Inc to design and build our second home getaway. After a poor experience of doing this once before I vowed it would never happen again; especially from a long distance. On a cloudy Sunday afternoon with boredom setting in, we decided to go out and about and look at houses. By chance, we turned into a driveway that had a hidden treasure, for us, designed by Marc Soloway. Cutting to the chase, a short time later we had some meetings and decided to take the plunge....again. It was a super positive experience and lots of fun.The process or marriage lasted approximately 3 yrs and guess what;we still communicate with each other. They kept their promises,met deadlines,stayed within their forcasted budgets even though we didn't and had great attitude and most importantly always got back to us in a timely manner. “I recently had the pleasure of working with John. I had a such wonderful experience I would like to share: After hitting a dead end with how to design a functional and well designed master suite for my new house, John spent an hour with me workshopping plans and sharing incredible ideas! His very first question to me was “how long do you envision yourself living here,” which is something I hadn’t really considered. His insight helped guide me through different ideas for the layout. John presented a wide number of ideas and left it up to me to decide which direction I’d like to take. Had it not been for John, I would have built a suite I regretted. His thinking saved me time and likely money in the long run. I couldn’t recommend John enough! Thank you again and I look forward to working together in the future.”

They are, without question, one of the very best residential architectural firms serving the Southwest in existence today. From extracting the necessary client information in the very beginning, to the conceptual design drawings which capture the client's intentions for their dream home, to the construction documents which are the best and most detailed in the industry...UDA is first class in every respect. In my opinion, to consider UDA for any high end, custom home project would be a wise choice.”
