We wanted an addition of a master bedroom and bath on the first floor without it looking like an add-on. Greg and Joe worked along side all the outside contractors. We were very impressed with all who had a part in the construction. He has kept up with today's design options and made recommendations that would be advantageous to us if we ever sell. He put in a conditioned crawl space which should be very economical for us. Those who had to work there said they had never seen or worked in a nicer crawl space. Being elderly, Greg made the addition as age friendly as possible for us. We are very happy with the addition and would recommend Greg and Joel for first-class construction.”
