“dwell design began working for us on the extension and refurbishment of our new home after the plan drawing company we had initially been recommended totally let us down. By comparison Anthony and the team were thorough, interested, passionate and knowledgeable with much appreciated attention to detail. I felt that Anthony took the time to understand what it was that we were looking for in our home and tailored the plans to suit what we really needed, coming up with a design that worked for us. The final result is all we had hoped for and more and would not have happened without all the hard work from the dwell team. They have all been a pleasure to work with.”

“I had an idea in my head of the extension I wanted for my house but no idea of how to organise anything to make it happen. Ralph was recommended by a friend and gently led me through the process. Ralph organised the surveyor, made lots of constructive suggestions, produced excellent drawings and very quickly secured planning permission for me. There was little for me to do except decide what design I wanted. Ralph Kent is a brilliant architect but it is all the product ideas he comes up with and his organising skills that get the job done.”

“Magnus took on our detailed list of requirements and delivered them within a building which exceeded our expectations both aesthetically and practically. He dealt with patience and forbearing with contractors who were not always familiar with what he sought to achieve, whilst providing reassurance to us, his clients. No detail of the finish was too small fto escape his, or his wonderful assistant Emma's, attention, and he delivered a distinctive building which we nevertheless regard as uniquely 'ours'. “I found NDM Architects on the Web and not as a consequence of a personal recommendation. They offered an hour's free consultation which proved very helpful and gave me confidence to instruct them. Their website was well laid out detailing exactly what their services included. This was supported by a detailed "step by step" letter of instruction with itemised costs for each step of work. Service was always prompt with most replies (phone and E mail) by return. They came up with design ideas we would not have thought of had we instructed a builder directly. I'm pleased I instructed them especially in dealing with paperwork for approvals of the District Council and recommending builders to undertake the works.Money well spent.”

“I have instructed OB Architecture on three major projects and can thoroughly recommend them for their design skills and client interface. One was a luxury 5,000 sf house in Henley on Thames whose design has exceed all expectations. The second a block of 9 apartments and ground floor commercial in London SE1 and the third a 9 acre site in West Berkshire upon which I hope to secure permission for a country house. The latter is ongoing The house and London project were completed satisfactorily in no small measure to Olly Bray and colleagues' skill and dedication. The practice which is young, brings a fresh and new outlook. All great stuff”
