They were able to design custom cabinetry, pantry, and walk-in closets to increase storage space, a tiled room floor to ceiling for our hot tub and massage chairs, and a kennel including an area for our dogs to sleep, special bathing area with steps, sink, and area to store food, toys, medicines, etc. The front entrance, shower, and doorways were designed to be handicap accessible for future needs. I was made aware of any budget or any other modifications before changes were made. Because of their experience with different types of construction projects, they were able to solve problems. The staff were enjoyable to work with and very professional.”

The website wanted to charge us 3 times the amount the plan actually cost to buy and every architecture firm we called in town was going to charge us thousands if they were even willing to talk to us. I somehow managed to come across Bob and Studio:e and it worked out great. Bob was able to recreate the floor plan we desired and was accommodating to every request we had (whether small and unnecessary). In both cases maintaining the same footprint, yet rearranging the space to create more function. The design was reasonably priced and they were not fazed by last minute changes of heart. In fact, they designed a beautiful upstairs bedroom and bathroom for this house. After the demolition, we realized implementation would be more than the house was worth. They really saved me here. If I had not had their design, I might have been tempted to start the project only to find out that I was in for more money and time than original thought.
