“We hired Chris to help us plan out our kitchen/living room/deck remodel, as you can see on his Houzz site it turned out beautifully. It is the kitchen of our dreams! He also invisioned details that we would never hav e thought of. Most notable opening up the hallway to go through from front door to the back deck doors. Check out kitchen and living room remodel at Christopher Marshall in the architect section of Houzz. We couldn't be happier with his professional is and foresight.”

“Drew is always professional, on time, and excellent at giving advice based on his eduction and experience. Most importantly, he's an excellent listener and provides multiple options based on the scope of work. Not to mention, his prices are unbeatable. At this point, I don't even look elsewhere because he's my go to guy. We've worked with him on multiple residential rehabs where tight spaces were involved and creative rearranging needed to happen. Of course, he made it happen!”

“My wife and I were very pleased with the design that Curtiss provided for our 2150 sqft infill home in Webster Groves, MO. Curtiss listened to our needs (even following my wife's Pintrest account), visited the site and surrounding neighborhoods, researched local requirements, and then QUICKLY synthesized all the information into plan and elevations that we could take to the architectural review board (ARB). We were able to complete the ARB review in one meeting, and then Curtiss worked with our contractor to develop the final contract documents. Now we have a quality, energy efficient, home with lots of natural light: at a price we could afford. We have been living in our home for a few months, and we love it! Curtiss is a super hard worker. He met our project's tight deadlines, without complaint or unexpected charges. The price we paid for his services was fair. In every project there are things that one would do differently. But, one thing that we would do the same is pick Curtiss as our architect. Thanks, Curtiss!”

“Robert Czerniewski and I are co-owners of McMillan Construction Group, Inc., a general contracting construction company working mainly in the St. Louis metropolitan area. We recently worked with Mitchell Wall and Associates on a large residential project as a team and our experience was probably as good as a contractor -architect relationship can be. MItchell Wall provided the working plans, specifications, construction administration services as well as necessary problem solving dialog throughout the 14 months of renovation / construction. Their availability and attention to the project was thoroughly consistent and their professionalism was evident at all levels of involvement throughout the project life. The clients have been completely happy with the results as have we. “We've had a series of major renovations on our home and Mark has done the design/drawings for each phase of construction. We gutted a basement that required lowering the floor to get better ceiling height. We added a master bath/laundry upstairs. And most recently, we redesigned our kitchen and added a family room and office off the back of the house for a more open floor plan and additional living space. Mark did an excellent job of keeping the design in line with the look of the rest of the house, but the floor plan is more open which is hard to find in older homes (ours is close to 90 years old). We have loved the new addition and Mark did such a great job of figuring out what we really wanted and making it all work. I would highly recommend Mark for your next renovation or new design project!”
