“Full set of drawings for single floor extension to rear of the house. Drawings were completed to an agreed time frame and amended at my request without delay. A full brief was carried out before drawing work started with Matt explaining what may be best for such an extension. The only amendments i needed to make was the roof covering as the zinc proposed (my choice) worked out very expensive so asked for an alternative and again was given advise without any hassle. Overall a very good service and would recommend to anybody in the future.”

“Our first "in the flesh" viewing of the Oakwrights Kenchester barn-style garage we purchased was at the Goodwood Festival Of Speed - we were amazed at how spacious it was and the quality of the build was clearly excellent. Our requirement was for the building to be constructed on a pre-arranged base. We were delighted when we initially sought a quotation from Oakwrights to find it undercut the nearest estimate we had by £4000! The whole process of erecting the frame and tiling took three men three days from start to finish, which was amazing. They were totally professional and courteous and kept us informed of progress throughout. The end result is fantastic and gets much admiration from visitors and friends alike.”

They have delivered us the most beautiful home, on time. They took away all the stress of building a home. “We instructed David to obtain planning permission for a two story extension we needed due to our kids getting older and needing their own space. David came back to us with drawings quickly which we approved and were submitted to the council. They initially came back with objections which we weren't happy with and David built a case to object to them. They quickly came back with an approval, how we wanted the build after David presented evidence as why they couldn't impose the conditions. We are very happy with What David has done for us and would thoroughly recommend him to anyone looking for a professional, prompt and thorough architect. Thanks David”
