“We hired Chris to help us plan out our kitchen/living room/deck remodel, as you can see on his Houzz site it turned out beautifully. It is the kitchen of our dreams! He also invisioned details that we would never hav e thought of. Most notable opening up the hallway to go through from front door to the back deck doors. Check out kitchen and living room remodel at Christopher Marshall in the architect section of Houzz. We couldn't be happier with his professional is and foresight.”

“We loved working with Killeen Studio Architects. We needed drawings to buid a laundry area in our 100-year-old St. Louis condo. The project included demolition of a closet that divided the condo’s large hall into two awkward spaces. Our new laundry is still under construction but we can already see it makes better use of the space. Mike Killeen and his team not only turned the drawings around fast, but also gave us advice, ideas and the names of trusted contractors. The whole experience was very professional, the drawings were exactly what we needed and the price was reasonable. We will certainly use Killeen Studio for our next project and I have no hesitation recommending them to others.”

“My wife and I were very pleased with the design that Curtiss provided for our 2150 sqft infill home in Webster Groves, MO. Curtiss listened to our needs (even following my wife's Pintrest account), visited the site and surrounding neighborhoods, researched local requirements, and then QUICKLY synthesized all the information into plan and elevations that we could take to the architectural review board (ARB). We were able to complete the ARB review in one meeting, and then Curtiss worked with our contractor to develop the final contract documents. Now we have a quality, energy efficient, home with lots of natural light: at a price we could afford. We have been living in our home for a few months, and we love it! Curtiss is a super hard worker. He met our project's tight deadlines, without complaint or unexpected charges. The price we paid for his services was fair. In every project there are things that one would do differently. But, one thing that we would do the same is pick Curtiss as our architect. Thanks, Curtiss!”

“We've had a series of major renovations on our home and Mark has done the design/drawings for each phase of construction. We gutted a basement that required lowering the floor to get better ceiling height. We added a master bath/laundry upstairs. And most recently, we redesigned our kitchen and added a family room and office off the back of the house for a more open floor plan and additional living space. Mark did an excellent job of keeping the design in line with the look of the rest of the house, but the floor plan is more open which is hard to find in older homes (ours is close to 90 years old). We have loved the new addition and Mark did such a great job of figuring out what we really wanted and making it all work. I would highly recommend Mark for your next renovation or new design project!”

“You would be foolish not to use this firm for your custom home! We had a good idea what we wanted for our new home, but we couldn’t figure out the details. Ed Stevens Architects ran with the concept and created a gorgeous, custom, yet functional home. They suggested thoughtful details like a hidden pantry and maneuvered through city permitting (our municipality is known for being difficult) without transferring the headache to us. We were a little crunched on time, and they moved swiftly but did not miss a detail. Their promptness in communication was a huge plus. They were on site during the early phases of construction and caught issues before they became bigger problems. Thanks to our architects, there is nothing we wished we had done differently with the home.”

“Drew is always professional, on time, and excellent at giving advice based on his eduction and experience. Most importantly, he's an excellent listener and provides multiple options based on the scope of work. Not to mention, his prices are unbeatable. At this point, I don't even look elsewhere because he's my go to guy. We've worked with him on multiple residential rehabs where tight spaces were involved and creative rearranging needed to happen. Of course, he made it happen!”

“Jim and Jen did an amazing job on a shoestring budget. They took a 3 bedroom house that was horribly outdated and created a home that was worth almost twice its original value. Their hard work, interior design knowledge and professionalism surpassed my expectations. I would hire them again in a minute. I have recommended them to my friends and family who are looking at building a new home or plan on doing an addition or upgrade. I have uploaded before and after pictures of the kitchen.”

“One of 2 very good decisions made on my home building project. Great communicator, listens well and assumes nothing. He is an artist who was able to decipher the ramblings of a couple with no clue and create the perfect home in a very confined space. Can't say enough!”
