“My husband and I were lucky to find Balestri Architects during our search for an architect to fully renovate our run down loft in Tribeca, NYC, a number of years ago. Carlo supported our project, not only through ideation and design, but through the bidding process, helping select a contractor, working closely with the chosen contractor during construction and being very present on the site until every last detail on the punch list was fixed, perfect and permits closed/received. We feel like we received the services expected from a large firm but with the intimacy and knowledge of everyone on our project that one gets from a small, young and agile firm. From beginning to end Carlo was professional, hard working, and impressively detail oriented. He was our advocate; he honored our budget limits and pushed us when needed.
