“Sergio designed and directed the construction project of what was to be the country house of my family in Cali, Colombia. In less than two months the structures and first floor of the house was already up (and of course the swimming pool!). The house was bamboo structured, with big open windows facing all directions of the property. Our time with Sergio was excellent, he is charming, reliable and has many incredible ideas for the design to be trend-forward at the same time as using unconventional materials.”

“Every day we find cause to enjoy our home and be thankful for the creative architecture and professional work of DE atelier - their design is innovative, functional and a retreat for peaceful living. Special features include raised walkway floating over a pond at the entrance, light-filled stairwell directing residents to lower level self contained living area, two bedrooms, study and bathroom. Upstairs the kitchen, living, balcony and master bedroom. Moving between the living and the bedroom features an internal bridge / walkway. The design enhances our privacy as we look out to a rural view, yet sheltered from the urban street.”

“We are current clients of Jarchitecture and we would recommend this company to anyone that is exploring the option of using an architect. Since commencing our renovation/extension project, Jason and Jorja have been very easy to work with. They have consistently produced detailed plans and documents according to our needs. They have put a lot of thought into the design, including the small details, to ensure that there is continuity throughout. We were really impressed with the way they explore all the options and keep coming up with changes to refine the design. One of the reasons we went with an architect was to ensure we could get our plans through council. Jarchitecture have been outstanding in this area. They wrote a detailed and well thought out planning application to council. They dealt with council efficiently and effectively. Throughout this process they have showed great perseverance. We’ve been very satisfied with Jarchitecture and their service. We absolutely love the design they came up with. “If you are looking for a designer for a new house do not look past the team at PINS Studio. We worked with PINS to redesign our new home which also involves an extension. The project is a challenge, but they were able to assist us with our tight timeline and very easy to collaborate with. They genuinely consider the way their clients live and use the space, and are flexible and pragmatic with budgetary requirements. They also have a great design mind and is familiar with council rules and regulations which is helpful especially at the conceptual stage. PINS Studio team is professional, creative and a real joy to work with. We really looking forward to working with them again in the future.”

“We engaged Mark Macinnis to prepare a design report for a renovation to our.residential property in October 2014. We preset our budget at a maximum of $300,000. During the course of October and November we had a number of one to one meetings with Mark on site. He prepared initial design concept drawings, followed up by a variety of alternative design concepts for our consideration .We found Mark to be an effective communicator and we appreciated his collaborative approach. He provided a well structured feasibility report on time and the report included some very interesting sketches and drawings, together with written opinion of probable costs. Our decision not to proceed with the project was due to changed family circumstances. We were very satisfied with the professional services provide and found Mark's fees to be very comptative”
