Pamela Goijberg of Fish House listened to our initial ideas, added a number of additional suggestions, and then incorporated our preferences into a beautiful and functional floor plan. Throughout our collaboration with her, Pamela was thoughtful and very accommodating, and had a cheerful disposition at all times, making our planning with her both productive and enjoyable.”

“Mike at Premium was a tremendous help in the complete renovation and remodelling of several properties in Victoria. His expertise and knowledge of both the design and construction of a complex project like these helped make them all successful. There were many design decisions that were needed to maximize the usability of the space, as we transferred many of the properties into highly desirable rental suites. Our tenants loved the final designs. Mike's expertise about the the full project scope (design, permits, construction, market) prevented us from making costly mistakes, while also enhancing the properties in their completed state. We will continue to work with Mike, and can't recommend him enough. The projects that we completed with Mike yielded properties that were instantly rented to long term tenants.”

“Ian Roberts designed and built our new home for us and we are beyond thrilled with it! Not only was it amazing to work with one person from the very beginning right through to the end, but Ian's eye for detail resulted in a gorgeous and comfortable home. The project was virtually stress free for us as Ian oversaw every aspect. My husband and I described our dream house to Ian and he came through for us from concept to completion. Ian finished on time and on budget which seemed contrary to what everyone told us when we began the endeavor. We highly recommend Ian Roberts and Flashhouse and would not think twice about working with him again in the future!”

“John has a unique ability to combine intricate elements of aesthetics, functional layout, resilience, and purpose into a progressive design package with minimal environmental impact both in construction and ongoing habitation. His designs are both mindful of the future and accommodating to his customers' desires and lifestyle requirements. Such a complicated balance of considerations is not easy to achieve and John seems to do it time and time again. “I hired Dan Tatham Design Associates to do a number of small project, both inside and outside my new home. I am very pleased with the results: I have a beautiful new kitchen sink/faucet with surround tile designed and installed smoothly and quickly; on the main floor a wall was designed and built to incorporate a treasured, large stained glass window, enclosing the ground floor of the house both for privacy as well as heat efficiency. The design for this wall enhances and compliments the original design work that was already in place. A laundry room was reconfigured to maximize space and create additional storage. Landscape design work has designated future patio construction, and the re-design of 2 woodsheds has maximized storage and access to winter firewood. Not only was the work done quickly and within budget, it was easy to collaborate and communicate my ideas. Tatham Designs listened to my requirements and then helped me arrive at a final design and budget. In every case, the finished projects exceeded my expectations.”
