“We met Doug while searching for a new home. Our realtor recommended him to us. We knew we wanted to find a place in town and then renovate it. Doug actually worked with us on 2 posibilities that fell through and then with the 3rd which we bought. He did the leg work on all 3 with the town hall and the building inpector to make sure we could do the renovations we were thinking of for them prior to making an offer. While working with Doug on our plans we found him to be very professional - always willing to meet with us and incorporate the changes in the designs to meet our vision. Doug went above and beyond to make sure our permits were in order. He actually attended 2 different Town Building Design meetings with me to answer any questions they had regarding our plans. He gave us an estimate and stayed true to that .... He worked well with our builder and the job went smoothly. I would definite use Doug again in the future. WE LOVE OUR HOUSE !! It is exactly what we wanted -- thanks to Doug and our builder.”

“Mark Hammer and Don DiRocco (Hammer Architects) listen for what their clients seem to want - and then deliver - responsively, but boldly. I wanted a great big, airy, open style living, kitchen dining area - for a house where we would entertain. What I had was a house with low ceilings, tired finishes and no front door. Mark put pencil to paper and in very short order, opened up the space, raised the ceiling, added beams and pendant lights, and designed an inviting and exciting entryway that sparks a "Whoa!" and a "Wow" from everyone who gets through the front door. Don designed the kitchen and bathrooms, helped us choose and place all fixtures, paid attention to the smallest details, and made no mistakes. Our house got built on time and on budget. We're thrilled.”

“We really enjoyed working with Bill Lee and his team and watching how they brought our ideas to life through the design of our new home. Lee & Associates never missed a design milestone and we were always excited to see how our design evolved from meeting to meeting. Our new home is beautiful to look at, as functional as it is fun and so comfortable. Bill Lee took advantage of the sweeping views of Plymouth Bay and situated every key room so that each had a stunning landscape to see. Our home is light and perfect for entertaining any time of year. We feel we made the best choice in picking William Lee Architect & Associates.....we would make the same choice if we had to do it all over again!”

“Joe Fournier did some great architectual design work on two large projects we did. A large remodel on one property and an almost complete rebuild on a second property. Joe acted as GC on the second job and did a wonderful job keeping things moving, helping us get good decisions made in a timely fashion and working closely with all the trades to ensure the work was coordinated and of high quality. The transformations to our properties were hugely successful and Joe was instrumental in helping us get to a place where the homes work so much better for our lifestyle. Highly recommend Joe's work (and already have several times).”

“Excellent response to inquiry about remodeling with suggestions for upgrades and renovations. They were respectful of the project and my ideas and thought carefully about my concerns. Their knowledge of local building codes and the permitting process was extremely helpful and gave me a foundation for making decisions about my project. Budget constraints on my part have been the reason I have not moved forward with the work at this time. However, I will move forward with Integrata should my circumstances change. The quality of their work and their expertise in environmental and energy saving issues is cutting edge!”

“I recently worked with Kevin on a renovation of a historic 1861 home on Cape Cod. I created an architectural 3D model of the existing home, and then Kevin, the client and I completed alterations to make the home more livable and modern while respecting the homes vintage detailing and construction. Kevin was a joy to work with. He has an approachable personality and commonsense, logical and practical approach to solving problems with creative solutions. Highly recommended.
