Sofia is a joy to work with, she enters every meeting with a smile and handles all issues promptly and effectively. She is very creative and treats evey design aspect as a work of art. I could not be more happy with the work Sofia did for me and will definitely contact her again if I need anything eles done! Could not recommend enough, extremely talented girl!”

“NVDC are a very professional and accomplished architect's practice whom I have hired on a number of different projects, ranging from the high end refurbishment of a property in Glasgow in 2009, a complete house refurbishment in Wimbledon in 2012 which involved structural changes and more recently an ongoing project involving the design of a rear two storey extension to my house. Their attention to detail, creativity and ability to interpret from a rough sketch of what we were trying to achieve to a full set of architectural plans has been very impressive. NVDC have always exceeded my expectations and also assume responsibility for resolving many of the complications involving planning regulations, structural engineering and the builders you choose to realise your project. I am certain that without the guidance and services of NVDC, our projects would not been as successful in coming to life as they have been. Thanks!”

“Magnus proved himself excellent at making best use of space. He spotted that the original design we had for our granny annex put the bathroom in a prime position for living space. He produced an alternative design that moved the stairs and tricked a usable bathroom in underneath. As a result, we have a beautiful, good sized and sunny kitchen / dining space overlooking the garden and we observe that our guests spend a lot of time in this room as it is such good quality space. “Coogan Architects have been fantastic throughout the design process and we really couldn't have achieved the space we have without them. Laura has communicated extensively despite our build being split into two phases (second part still to be completed). Her patience and professional advice both in person and over the phone has been astounding over the last two years. We asked for dormers to be added to a semi-detached bungalow and a single story rear extension. The total extended floor space being approx. 72 sq metres. The contemporary and minimal design produced including eternit panelling, zinc and cedar cladding lifts their work away from residential and suburban to magazine chic. The space created upstairs is outstanding and difficult to believe was achieved from the eaves (2 large bedrooms and bathroom). We are eagerly awaiting the downstairs work to start (AGM Contracts, Paisley) in order that we can fully appreciate all the effort that has been put in! I would absolutely recommend Barry and Laura to anyone!”

“Mr Clark was recommended to us by our Builder when we decided that we wanted a large extension built. After meeting with Mr Clark we were happy to employ him as our Architect for our project. He is clearly an experienced Architect and provided us with suggestions and ideas throughout the process of having the plans drawn up. Mr Clark is very approachable and listened very carefully to what we wanted to have included in our extension. He was able to put our thoughts and ideas into the drawings which made us feel part of the process. Any issues with the drawings were very quickly and professionally dealt with by Mr Clark. We were also very grateful to him for overseeing the administration side with the Planning Department and working closely with our Builder and Structural Engineer. He contacted us regularly to give us updates on the drawings and the planning process. We thought that his professional fees were extremely good value and would have no reservation in recommending Mr Clark as an Architect.”

“Without any knowledge of this company other than online information,I tasked Karen to look at development possibilities for my 200 year old cottage. I did not want to move house though the cottage was just too small for my extending family. The resultant design that was approved by the local authority exceeded my wildest dreams and I solely put this down to Karen and her team's design talent and total perseverance. We really are indebted to her for what she achieved. I cannot thank Karen enough. She is also highly professional, focussed and very disciplined in terms of timescales and meeting deadlines. Clearly, I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this company.”

“Claudio helped us immensley during our renovation project. We bought a 1940s property and wanted to carry out a full renovation including creating an open plan living area down stairs and extension to the first floor. Claudio helped us from day 1 in helping us create a vision of the open living space we were looking for as well as giving us advice on what we could and couldn't do with the property. He was patient with us when we explained what we wanted and came up with one great design after another. He was there throughout the process for advice, support and helping us through the building process. In the end we could not be happier with how the project turned out and would not hesitate to recommend claudio for any job.”

“After getting quotes and meeting with a number of architects to undertake the planning and design of a single story extension to our property we chose Stephen Allison. I have rated his company 5 stars as we really cannot fault any aspect of the job he has done for us. As this was our first experience of extending a property he was very helpful and guided us through each step to be made. I found Stephen very approachable and pro active, always taking time to explain any points we were unsure of. He also put us in touch with a structural engineer that I would also recommend as highly and he has the same professional approach as Stephen. I would not think twice about using Allison Architecture in the future and would recommending to family and friends.”
