“Scott helped us redesign our house and he had so many ideas. He was friendly and helpful every time we spoke and really helped us understand the whole process. We extended the ground floor, built a new garage and converted the attic. It was so worthwhile and we are really happy with our finished home. We would 100% recommend Bode Architecture.”

“Coogan Architects have been fantastic throughout the design process and we really couldn't have achieved the space we have without them. Laura has communicated extensively despite our build being split into two phases (second part still to be completed). Her patience and professional advice both in person and over the phone has been astounding over the last two years. We asked for dormers to be added to a semi-detached bungalow and a single story rear extension. The total extended floor space being approx. 72 sq metres. The contemporary and minimal design produced including eternit panelling, zinc and cedar cladding lifts their work away from residential and suburban to magazine chic. The space created upstairs is outstanding and difficult to believe was achieved from the eaves (2 large bedrooms and bathroom). We are eagerly awaiting the downstairs work to start (AGM Contracts, Paisley) in order that we can fully appreciate all the effort that has been put in! I would absolutely recommend Barry and Laura to anyone!”

“NVDC are a very professional and accomplished architect's practice whom I have hired on a number of different projects, ranging from the high end refurbishment of a property in Glasgow in 2009, a complete house refurbishment in Wimbledon in 2012 which involved structural changes and more recently an ongoing project involving the design of a rear two storey extension to my house. Their attention to detail, creativity and ability to interpret from a rough sketch of what we were trying to achieve to a full set of architectural plans has been very impressive. NVDC have always exceeded my expectations and also assume responsibility for resolving many of the complications involving planning regulations, structural engineering and the builders you choose to realise your project. I am certain that without the guidance and services of NVDC, our projects would not been as successful in coming to life as they have been. Thanks!”

“Mr Clark was recommended to us by our Builder when we decided that we wanted a large extension built. After meeting with Mr Clark we were happy to employ him as our Architect for our project. He is clearly an experienced Architect and provided us with suggestions and ideas throughout the process of having the plans drawn up. Mr Clark is very approachable and listened very carefully to what we wanted to have included in our extension. He was able to put our thoughts and ideas into the drawings which made us feel part of the process. Any issues with the drawings were very quickly and professionally dealt with by Mr Clark. We were also very grateful to him for overseeing the administration side with the Planning Department and working closely with our Builder and Structural Engineer. He contacted us regularly to give us updates on the drawings and the planning process. We thought that his professional fees were extremely good value and would have no reservation in recommending Mr Clark as an Architect.”

“Donal was creative and took a very thoughtful approach in transforming my small apartment into something that I thought was absolutely unimaginable in my mind! He was very responsive to my ideas and we worked together to incorporate them into the design which blended seamlessly. I would highly recommend working with Donal on your next project as he is a very experienced, skillful and knowledgeable architect!”

“I hired Malcolm Parry to create and submit full plans for an extension and garage rebuild at my home address. Malcolm was professional, knowledgable, personable and great to work with at all times (even when the council were being rather troublesome). I wholeheartedly recommend MPA Ltd and have done on several occasions! Malcolm charges the market rate for his services and is clear in all communications. I can't recommend him highly enough.”
