“My husband and I are remodeling both of our bathrooms, and want to open up our kitchen area so it works better with the layout of our house. Marcus has been working with us and he's been fantastic. Even though it is just a remodel, he's given us so many great ideas to tie the whole house together, as well as help us understand what is worth spending money on for the long run, and where we could save. He's making the process really fun and exciting, and I can't wait to live in a house that is finally well designed and perfectly us. Also, he lives is San Luis Obispo, CA and we live in Santa Cruz, which I thought might be a problem when it came down to meeting one on one, but he was very flexible and has been shooting up to meet with us multiple times bringing beautiful sketches of ideas, or examples of materials for us to look at. I hightly recommend him for big or small projects. He's truely a professional.”

From concept to design to construction, this is by far the BEST team around!”

“Currently engaged with Studio Prime in support of a design/build project here in the city of San Luis Obispo. I couldn't ask for a more knowledgeable and professional group to work with, but importantly, they also have a sense of humor (especially John). They are helping my wife and I design (and eventually build) a 3,000 sf custom home on an, um, "interesting" hilly site that is presenting some challenges. However, these guys know their stuff, and are deftly navigating us around those challenges. Strongly recommend these guys!”

His quick response to our needs has been a tremendous asset. I have seen his work on complete projects down to minor architectural and structural requirements. “Peter is a local architect and affiliated with the AIA Central Coast Chapter (currently on the board of directors). He has a great taste in design and has many great projects under his belt. I was fortunate enough to receive a personal tour of his Salmon Residence project recently. After seeing what he had done with this project, my appreciation for residential architecture truly heightened. This home is definitely one of my top favorite buildings in San Luis Obispo. The details on this building are incredible, and the interior spaces are unique and ravishing. Besides his designs however, Peter is a really down to earth person and very easy to talk to. He is nice, charming, and very well knowledgeable in his trade. Working with him is always wonderful, and I would recommend him in a heartbeat.”

“Mary Vanderveen is a meticulous designer with a special idea for materials that always combine smoothly in color and texture. Her designs are never overwhelming to the eye nor to the room. She is able to professionally revamp both the small residential bathroom or a growing professional business. Best of all, Mary is never a pain to do business with, which is why we as a company welcome her presence in our showroom and love to help with the next project.”
