“Masum is a talented individual who goes above and beyond to make sure you are completely satisfied with the results. Easy to work with and great personality. He was ready to listen what we wanted and comes with perfect solutions. You will get your plans through the city as fast as possible with very few changes. His extensive knowledge with the city codes and relationship with city officials is incredible. Don't hesitate to hire Masum, he is the best.”

“Consider this your personal reference to a terrific and honest 5-star contractor! I’ve been using Naz and AMBCD for nearly 10 years and have hired them for numerous jobs (probably 5 or 6). Naz is always the first person I call when I solicit bids for a specific job. Usually, Naz is the person I hire, but in the few instances that they were too busy for my schedule I usually regretted not waiting to hire Naz when he could fit me into his schedule later on. I’ve hired AMBCD for small, medium, and large jobs. I’ve never been disappointed with the final work product and I unhesitatingly recommend them to family and friends. AMBCD isn’t always the least expensive option, but they are honest and will charge a fair price. One of the things that I am most impressed about Naz is the way he handles job change orders. His bids have been remarkably accurate, but inevitably work change orders will arise. Usually, these have been because I wanted to add something to the scope of work. Many contractors “make their money” on work change orders, but I always felt that these were treated fairly, transparently, and reasonably. Overall, if you hire Naz and AMBCD you will get great work quality at an honest price. I cannot recommend anybody higher and I will continue to be a happy repeat customer.”

He shows up on time, articulates the scope of the job in a way that is easily understood and executes on time. The value he provides is right in line with the cost of the job. He is currently working on a major job in my personal home that is moving along just as planned.”

“My husband and I worked with FoxLin Architects on our custom ground up home in Carlsbad (north of San Diego), California and we would very highly recommend them. The home is now complete and it is remarkable down to the last detail. We felt like our values were always considered and we had countless conversations about even the smallest of details from paint colors to the cabinetry handles. At times we questioned the proposals and in the end we could see and now can understand their vision. Juintow and Michael are both very talented, innovated and experienced architects, designers, and project managers who can easily show many iterations on the computer as well as obtain countless physical samples of tiles, stain samples etc. This level of personal dedication and attention to detail is what constantly put us at ease on the design of our new home. 
 The bottom line is that we count on them for envisioning designs and that is also what set them apart from others. It is also worth mention that they were always grounded enough to understand our budget and make not only beautiful, but also realistic proposals. Again, we are highly recommending FoxLin Architects to anyone who wants a bit more than norm.”

“Lisa Little worked wonders in our smallish Venice space. We had complicated needs and she found elegant solutions within a tight budget. We redid a kitchen from the walls out, extended it a bit, added a bar, added in a huge walk-in closet and staircase in the master bedroom, and reconfigured a guest loft. The latter involved enclosing a half-wall for privacy via rotating shutters that Lisa dreamed up and designed. The shutters rotate open when the loft is not in use and closed when we have company up there. This was a brilliant idea, brilliantly executed at not much cost. Lisa helped with fixture choice, color choice, and furniture choice, and worked closely with the general contractor and his subs. She exhibited great taste, a firm hand, and a keen eye on the budget. Recommended without reservation.”

“I had the privilege of working with Tim on the Ximeno project and he is one of the few architects that I've ever worked with who truly understands construction. It is very refreshing to to work with someone who constantly strives to get it perfect, working diligently to find a balance between comfort, functionality, and affordablility. “Daniella originally came to me to build her a website. I specialize in websites for Interior Designers and Architects. I love her and her work so much, I hired her! That is not small praise since I have a parade of designers and architects in and out of my office everyday! She helped us materialize our dream kitchen and master bath. She had excellent ideas and solutions that kept us well within budget. Let's face it, money is always an issue and she kept this in mind throughout our project and created two amazing spaces that we could afford and are very happy with.”
