“We added a four season room with lots of windows and high ceiling to our existing home. Lily provided architectural design services for the project. She listened carefully to our thoughts, presented her ideas on the design, and encouraged us to really bring the outdoors into the room. She was excellent to work with. Her drawings were completed on the timeline she gave. We had a couple of modifications after her initial drawings and she immediately worked those into the design. The final product was perfect! You'd never know the room was an addition and not part of the original structure. Lily also looked at our ideas on paint color and flooring and helped us finalize our selection. Highly recommend and would definitely use Lily on another project!”

“Jason Ballinger of JLB Design, LLC did an excellent job on our project. He took the time to understand our style and help us design our dream home. We had a large complicated project that Jason helped us simplify - we took down several walls, worked with an engineer to figure out beam placements, relocated a powder room creatively and much more. He helped us make decisions on building materials, select a contractor and understand the approximate costs of making certain decisions on the renovation. Jason also ensured that the town permitting process went smoothly. In addition to creativity and expertise, Jason is extremely professional and a very nice person. He sets realistic expectations and gets things done on schedule. We felt that he gave us a tremendous amount of personal attention. We would recommend him to anyone looking to renovate.”

He knew all about how to integrate materials to create a home that would be low maintenance for us as we age. Whatever style from traditional to extreme contemporary, Gary's designs are always unique and functional. “I had been doing a ton of research on different house plans that would properly fit the lot I own and the capture the available views when I came across a plan of Brian's. I contacted Brian at Young Architecture and let him know that I was interested in his plan and that I need to make some modifications. He quickly responded and let me know that this would not be a problem. We worked together over many months to modify the plans to suit my needs and he was very quick to make the changes and get them back to me to review. I would recommend Brian to anyone interested in building a home that does not want to spend a ton in architectural fees.”

“Mike Shrader, owner of Palladian Home Designs is an incredibly skilled architect who can handle creating an original home design for a client or work on modifying an existing plan to suit the buyer. His attention to detail and his willingness to be flexible are two qualities that I found to be extremely enjoyable while working with him on my home design. Mike took a set of near-finished blueprints and brought them up to speed while making changes that helped our home become a better place long-term and provided us a set of full blueprints that could be used by any builder of our choice. When the house was half-finished, Mike drove three hours to be on site and did a walk-through to help us with further modifications and had many suggestions and answered many questions to make sure the house was structurally sound in spite of our changes. That's a true professional who cares about his clients..”
