“When we approached David from Dublin Design Studio in 2011 he was faced with the difficult task of meeting the living requirements of our large family comprising of teenagers and young adults. With this project he did not disappoint. David made the process of a difficult planing application easy and with a given time frame of 2 years and a hope of being settled in for Christmas 2012. We were very pleased to have moved in on the 18th of December 2012. He worked very closely with the building contractor, DC Building & Energy Services to complete a project involving the demolition of an old dwelling and the design and new build of a fabulous contemporary Eco. build comprising of 5,500 sq ft living accommodation. It was a great opportunity and a very enjoyable project to work with such fabulous professionals in their fields. Sandra Salveta”

“We have used Ambient architecture on 3 projects now. Our first project was a conversion of a recording studio in Temple Bar into a wonderful "upside down" duplex apartment with cathedral ceilings and a roof garden. We were over the moon with the result; there was a real wow factor. Next we moved on to renovating an Edwardian house in Rathgar and we went straight back to Ambient to do the design and oversee it to completion. Once again we were really delighted with the results. Our most recent project was our current house in Rathgar which is a Victorian. The house was in a terrible state when we bought it so it required a top to bottom makeover. Stefan in Ambient designed a beautiful modern light-filled extension at the rear and oversaw the delivery of a really top notch job on the renovation of the old part of the house. Iknow that in between our various projects Ambient went on to win an architectural competition for the design of a sports hall in a south Dublin school. I'm not surprised as we can see the creativity flowing through to the design elements in our house. Would highly recommend Ambient!”

“Having bought our bungalow in 1999 and conducted a large renovation at that time, we were always troubled by the fact that we never quite got it right first time round. We had a substantial square footage but not the correct usage. Manfredi Anello helped us rethink our living space and how we could enjoy it to its fullest without actually adding to the footprint and incurring a costly new build. This was the ideal solution for us within our budget that allowed us to reshape the house and add to our attic space with a dormer window instead. Throughout the planning process, builder selection and on-site development, Manfredi managed the process professionally, bringing design solutions, ideas and experience to get the project delivered on time.”
