What evolved, working as an inclusive team to incorporate key requirements we were seeking as clients, was a modern cutting edge home to be built over 3 levels, whilst achieving strong environmental and energy efficiency credentials. We have now secured full planning consent and can look forward to moving on with the construction phase together.”

Not only is her standard of work excellent but Julie is also very easy to get along with, she took the time to get to know us and was very helpful through the whole process. Our extension was completed in 2016 and we are so pleased with the result - an amazing light and airy family living space.”

The architects grasped our brief and interpretation from the very beginning.The brief also included an array of "special needs adaptations" for our daughter. Fantastic level of professionalism and considerate enough to explain in "layman terms" every step of the process from start to finished build.Thanks again to all the team at E.T.C Design Ltd and giving us such a wonderful house and home!”

He attended site every few days to ensure the builders kept to the spec and worked to a high standard. He picked up a potential damp issue which he was able to rectify without causing major disruption to the build. It was very reassuring to have Rob’s keep eye and expertise to lead us through the extension of our home.”
