“We used Luke's services for an extensive renovation of our family home. Of all the industry specialists we spoke with, Luke was the only one who managed to help us clarify what the end picture could look like based on utilising available spaces and creating new flowing spaces neither we nor any other "professional" could see. Lukes capacity to share his vision didn't end at the design stage and he was exceptional at engaging the Tradesmen during construction to ensure the end result (our Family home) met our expectations and requirements. Claus and his team were so patient and always available throughout the design and now the build. The outcome has greatly surpassed our expectations. “We went through a number of architects for our granny flat project. We engaged Spectra after finding Frank and his team had a real passion for the project, full of interesting ideas and also they just seemed like nice guys! They took the time to really understand and articulate our vision for the project and came up with some really exciting ideas to make it functional and beautiful. We mainly worked with Frank, who was always available to chat and had great communication throughout the project. His knowledge, helped us to keep the project within our budget and came up with practical solutions, which saved us a lot of extra costs during the construction process. We look back at engaging Spectra as one of our best decisions - we are truly grateful for their hard work, energy, creativity and support through the process.
