“Just wanted to share my experience with Aman at Rogue Architects. From the initial meeting to the final design, the experience was great. Everything was smooth and easy, and the communication and professionalism was so refreshing. I had a lot of questions, and am quite particular with details. Looking back at the numerous emails, any questions I had were answered promptly and with no hesitation. Time frame was good as well, and I'm so happy with the final design for my house. Can't wait for it to be finished!”

“Nothing but compliments for this team! Approachable, professional and attentive. Before even hiring the team or forking out any $$, their design examples and information provided during the quotation process was exemplary. Other firms would provide basics, and a few old examples, with some rough price figures here or there. Design Studio provided a wealth of information and really showed a desire to take on the project. Which surprised us, as they were the most impressive, as well as the most affordable. Given we weren't the 'easiest' of clients, it took around 12 months to finish our dream-home design, to which the team was nothing but patient and enthusiastic. Every aspect of our vision was covered with precision and ease, and in the end it was without doubt exactly what we'd been hoping for. Unfortunately we weren't able to pull through with the physicality of our project, but they'd be the first to call for our next one. We couldn't imagine using anybody else!”

“From our very first contact with Wayne it was clear we had found the right person to help us achieve our goal of taking a property that many thought should have been knocked down to something that is not only beautiful but has maintained the original character of the Burleigh Heads area. Wayne was able to help us achieve all of the projects requirements which included renovating the existing apartments to a high standard and adding more space in the form of a 3 bedroom apartment to the existing building while still maintaining the beach house characteristics of the original building but in a modern form. Wayne was involved with all aspects of our project including initial design, selection, documentation, planning, building supervision and interior fit out. As with all projects challenges present along the way and none so much as when both a renovation and new build are tackled at once. At all times we were particularly impressed with Wayne's sensitivity to the current building and its location as well as his problem solving abilities and time taken to work through these with both ourselves and the builder. Nothing was ever too much trouble. A year on we are still impressed by what has been achieved as are many more who are now enjoying the property through Holiday rental. Thanks Wayne this could not have been achieved without your involvement and we hope it inspires others.”

“It was an utmost pleasure to work with Will Collins and Mariana Claro from Gold Coast Building Designers on the design of our Currumbin Valley home. Now, 18 months after construction was completed, we can only say we are delighted. The result is a fantastic house that now happily hosts three generations of our family. Not only does it cover all our needs but is also a beautiful design that will stand the test of time. On meeting Will and Mariana we were immediately impressed by the way they combine a professional approach with their warm and infectious manner. “"I contracted Architecture of Spirit to design my additions and renovations to our small home in Sydney’s inner west without increasing the existing building’s ‘footprint’ due to floor space regulations. It involved excavating a basement and making much better use of existing space. I found Greg O’ Donnell to have a calm and friendly manner that belies his experience, professionalism and attention to detail. He deals clearly and calmly with the many small and large issues that arise during such a project. He was always accessible and generous with his time for consultation and advice which we often did by video chat and screen sharing. He was happy to bounce around then work through alternative ideas, a process by which we arrived at what I believe was the optimal design, and all within our budget. We are very happy with his service and with the transformation of our home.””
