“Maya worked closely with us to produce layouts and building regulation submission for the proposed conversion of an attached garage to extend the existing kitchen, create a utility and a 3rd bedroom/study with ensuite at our property in Kingswinford. Maya was extremely professional and prompt with her responses. She sourced a structural engineer to carry the structural design required for the proposed modifications. We can thoroughly recommend Maya Architects.”

Kevin and his colleague really listened to our needs and came up with a design that was in keeping with the age of the property that maintained original features, whilst incorporating our needs for fish tanks, bike storage, and light! The design also allowed completion in stages to minimise disruption for family life. Kevin was able to answer queries promptly and help with all aspects of the planning process. Highly recommended."”

“Our first "in the flesh" viewing of the Oakwrights Kenchester barn-style garage we purchased was at the Goodwood Festival Of Speed - we were amazed at how spacious it was and the quality of the build was clearly excellent. Our requirement was for the building to be constructed on a pre-arranged base. We were delighted when we initially sought a quotation from Oakwrights to find it undercut the nearest estimate we had by £4000! The whole process of erecting the frame and tiling took three men three days from start to finish, which was amazing. They were totally professional and courteous and kept us informed of progress throughout. The end result is fantastic and gets much admiration from visitors and friends alike.”

“Anthony understood our brief from the beginning and gave us several options that made clever use of the space. He came up with some great ideas and the finished project has transformed our home- we are very happy. We only had a limited budget and Anthony helped to make sure we stayed within our budget, making suggestions that would save us money along the way. “We had a fantastic experience using Nick and his team on our self build new home. Right from the first concept / feasability meetings his knowledge and flare were endering. Nick is a very likeable chap who installed belief in my wife and I to take some chances on design that other architects that we met failed to come close. He managed to hit our brief but also managed to go further and designed spaces within our home that we would never have imagned ourselves like our full hight internal aspects. Even now as we are pretty much complete 2 or 3 years on we catch angles and lines of sight that I know Nick intended all along in his design its only now as we use the building for different functions with our family and the sun floods though the house that we truly appreciate his hard efforts. We have neighbours pass by on their evening walks that constantly thank us for what we've done to the street and increased the valus of their own homes - this is mainly down to Nicks design and us sticking to his specification.”

“Bryn & Mark created the plans for our extension. They gave really great advice from the start. Compared to just asking a builder how they would add on a 3m kitchen extension they really came up with ideas that has created a fantastic, practical and delightful space. They were flexible working with us to tweak the drawings to make sure we had storage and power etc everywhere we wanted. We are thrilled with the end result and could not have achieved this without their vision.”
