I first used The Fox Group for a remodel and enjoyed working with Tom so much we hired him again a couple of years later when we built our next house. One of the best things about working with Tom is he has such great taste and an amazing eye for design and style. He had many, many great ideas for our house, from big things such as the look of the exterior and laying out our floor plan to details such as the wainscoting and door handles, along with everything in between. His attention to detail is second to none and his ability to work within a budget was very comforting to us. We know we received more bang for our buck (by a long ways) than we could have with any other builder. Tom really understands how to maximize a budget and produce a beautiful home for a reasonable price. Thanks to Tom, we had a significant amount of equity in our home the day we moved in! He was also very professional throughout the building process and extremely responsive whenever we tried to reach him. Tom truly values his name and brand so you know with Tom he won't cut corners at any point during the process. Tom always made us feel like our satisfaction with our home was his number one priority and he wouldn't rest until we were happy with the finished product. Another aspect of working with Tom that I really appreciated was how hard he pushed to finish our home on time. We had a hard deadline with our construction loan and despite some weather delays and other issues during the process, he pushed his subs and was able to complete our home on time. Lastly, we really enjoyed the subcontractors Tom uses. All of them were extremely professional and genuinely good people. They were great to work with and we enjoyed getting to know each of them during the building process. Again, The Fox Group is a first rate, top notch homebuilder and I give Tom my strongest and most sincere endorsement as both a builder and person.”

“I worked with Todd, from Openloft Design to help me take my home design from sketches and concepts models to full fledged Blue Prints and technical drawings. Todd completed everything in a timely manner and had some very helpful insights. Todd also took into consideration that I had done a lot of the design work and was willing to negotiate a fair price. I can't say this the whole home building process has been smooth but working with Openloft was by far the easiest part.”

“I worked with Jody in 2003 on a major renovation of my home. From beginning to end of the project, she helped me through the entire process. She worked very closely with the contractor and kept me informed throughout the process. I moved out of my house for six months during construction and she was always available when needed. The project was completed on time and turned even better than I expected. Once Jody got to know me, she realized that I didn't do well with having too many options provided to me, so she figured out what I wanted and liked and narrowed the choices down which made the entire process much easier for me. That was only one of the things she did that made a big difference in my project. I sold my house in 2012 to downsize to a condo. Jody is currently working for me in another renovation project.”

“My husband and I couldn't agree on a paint color for a specific section of our home's exterior, and we went back and forth to the hardware store for numerous paint samples, which we spot checked in areas all over the house. It was a super frustrating process until Slate Design Studio stepped in. Our professional was able to provide digital renderings of the house showcasing a carefully selected array of colors so that we could clearly see how the section of the house would look in its entirety next to every other surface it touched and needed to coordinate with. Our professional offered to change colors as needed, or answer questions for us throughout the process, and he was prompt with his replies when we asked him anything. We were able to specify the brand of paint we wanted to use, and our digital rendition was tweaked accordingly, with paint colors and product numbers listed so that we knew exactly what to look for in the store. Suddenly the process was simple - we may never go back to our antiquated system of choosing colors. My husband and I have almost decided on one color we both like (the options he presented are really good, and one was a color we never even considered, but frankly like better than our own ideas) , and painting will begin in August.
