“Ken designed a custom home for us in 2015. We’d never built before so we were not sure what to expect. Ken was recommended to us by general contractor, Dean Adams. The decision to work with Ken is a great reflection on Dean and one that really paid dividends for us. Ken is extremely humble and thoughtful. We started with a blank sheet of paper and list of “requirements”. Ken listened to our desires and helped them come to life in a design that fit us perfectly. We’ve lived in our house for about 8 months and we have not found one foundational design element we would change. The use of space is super efficient and the room proportions are spot on. As with all projects we did run into one significant bump in the road. Ken was extremely professional in helping evaluate options and navigate around the bump.
