“We used this company to help us remodel a tired 1930's house with lots of small dark rooms into a stunning bright and airy modern home. Their vision was fantastic adding a full height front extension to bring the stairs out of the central footprint, creating extra space and bringing light to the previously dark front spaces. This created a full height entrance hall and helped give us two extra rooms in a previously small attic space. Internally they tied all the spaces together with clever design features giving us a house where every space is used and the house is quite literally a joy to live in! They persuaded us to invest in making the external envelope as air tight and well insulated as possible and fit an MVHR system. Initially we were very sceptical but are now delighted with the thermal performance of the house both in summer and winter. They were thoroughly professional throughout dealing positively and practically with the inevitable challenges along the way. Our contractor had never done anything like this before and they supported him technically when necessary. Their clever design and attention to detail added significantly to the value of the finished property and we could never have achieved this on our own.”

“The team at transform blowed my wife and I away. The attention to detail and forward thinking shown made them the obvious choice for our stable conversion. As an interior designer I found it hard to find an architect that understood our needs in the way we live and use our home. Transform are the only architects I know of that use a 3D model as standard, which is a tool you simply can not beat for building and renovating a project. “We initially engaged ParkDesigned (Edward) as a consultant to explore options with our property. Their enthusiasm and design flair turned a dubious ill thought out previous extension into a light filled, modern and very practical place to live. They were able to manage the whole design and planning process which certainly kept stress low. Park also provided us with recommendations re builders which we followed and they also provided management in this aspect as well and although one or two snags occurred during the 9 month project they were dealt with in a professional manner and too our satisfaction I would strongly recommend them - they are currently working on a new project for me and that says it all !”
