“There are many reasons why we are glad we chose CplusC over other architects. Firstly, their natural and balanced aesthetic strongly appeals to us and we are genuinely pleased and impressed with the quality of the construction of our home. Secondly, and as importantly, CplusC are both designers and builders. This has the advantage of avoiding disagreements between architects and builders, which meant a less difficult building process and minimises the unexpected costs that inevitably arise. Thirdly, CplusC are environmentally clever designers and builders: they design to minimise wasted construction materials; and their design and the materials they used means our ongoing expenses are reduced (we only need to turn the heater on for three or so weeks in the year, and don't use air conditioning, instead enjoying cross-breezes). CplusC have built us a beautiful home that our children will grow up in and we are happy to recommend them.”

“I am the builder responsible for David's projects in Mosman and Naremburn and having spent some time working with him I think I can safely say that he is one the best architects I have worked with. His approach is very team focussed which means that as problems arise they are discussed and dealt with promptly, always in consultation with the client. His emphasis on environmental solutions means that the projects are always energy efficient and well thought out and his demeanour is always upbeat and positive. “I engaged the services of Anna from Studio Urbo to assist us with renovation of our townhouse: two bathrooms, kitchen, study, and lounge room. Anna was professional, prompt and creative. She exceeded our expectations. She not only created new layouts, helped choosing modern materials, finishes, colours, and fitouts but also designed a kitchen that became more spacious than the original one and created more privacy in our lounge room – a result we thought was impossible without moving walls and breaking our budget. We are delighted with the end result and have no doubts recommending Studio Urbo.”

“I hired Nathalie at NS Studio to complete our renovation project and project manage our build. She was so hands on and always there to help me with advice and any queries. I would highly recommend her, she is very well connected and had some great ideas. Nathaie's interior design skills were an added bonus when furnishing the inside of the house aswell.”

“In two words...Absolutely Brilliant! Luke's architectural abilities and holistic approach combine sustainable, practical concepts that look AMAZING. He is highly organised, trendy, ensures he fully comprehends the client's brief and produces designs that have an edge...a real Wow factor. We had a sloping block of land with a long list of requirements (budget, time, eco friendly, low maintenance, compliance to Vastu i.e an ancient Indian construction science considered by many as the precursor to Feng Shui, and many more). We also had some covenants and restrictions on the land. Luke delivered on all fronts by striking a beautiful balance of all elements. He also had a great network of consultants required for the plethora of reports needed for the Council Development Application and a huge help to get these organised. The best decision we've made. You can't go wrong with LVJ.”
