“CADup Ltd are a friendly and professional company that I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone. I have used CAD UP to produce technical detail drawings for my business since 2010 and have always been happy with the service they provide. The drawings are produced with meticulous detail and are presented clearly. Their costs are reasonable and go out of their way to meet deadlines. I would heartily recommend them to any one looking for architectural or detailed drawings.”

“CATO creative have designed and project management our house refurbishment. They've literally done everything for us and have designed a fantastic family home that considers everybody including the cats. Right from the start the level of creativity and imagination has they have shown has been fantastic. I never imagined that we've have fairground lights in the loo, a metal staircase to the loft and a gloss red staircase in the hallway - We have! Throughout the process they involved us fully in the fun bits and left us out of all the hard work. They took care of all the planning and permissions required to start the works. To find a builder the team completed a tender for us helping us appoint the right contractor. During the build they managed everybody making sure it all happened at the right time. Hopefully the photographs will be shared soon.”

“The Market Design and Build has just finished a big project for us and we couldn’t be happier. The property is an old converted barn so the challenge was huge. Obviously there were some set backs but the communication in between us (property owners) and The Market was excellent so problems were solved quickly. These guys are not here to screw you over. Before signing the contract they guaranteed us that they wouldn’t leave the project until we were 100% happy.. And they didn’t! We are sure to use The Market again if we need more work done on a property in the future.”

“VC Design was recommended to me and I would do the same without hesitation. We contacted Veronica about drawing up plans for our ground floor extension and although conceptually we had a clear idea of what we wanted to she was invaluable in advising us how to best use the space and our options within the parameters of planning. She also contacted previous clients and arranged for us to see the work they had done, this allowed us to see first hand some of the ideas we had discussed. Veronica submitted the planning application and we have now received our approval - a job very well done.”

“We used Des and his team for a new build and renovation project in Leicestershire. From the beginning they focused on our requirements and ensured they delivered it. The building was well designed, fitted the conservation area perfectly and on budget. The DesEwing business provided a unique design that gets noticed for all the right reasons. “Model Projects were a delight, from the initial brief with James who immediately took my requirements and turned them into a fantastic design - spot on first time with no amendments necessary. Kathryn then took over on a day to day basis as project manager and I cannot praise her highly enough. Dealing with the local authority, building control, structural engineers and the many contractors was done with calm and determination and I now have my dream space.”

“We have worked with Giovanni on our home for 10 years. He is very easy to work with, very accommodating of our ideas, and super responsive during the build phases when we needed advice. As an Engineer, I would say the best bit is his background in construction. This meant the digital plans were immaculate, highly detailed and contained everything I needed as a self builder. If the phrase is "stick to the plan" then if you stick to a Giovanni plan, your home will be millimetre perfect.”

“Our experience with Go plans has been excellent. They arranged a home visit at very short notice, listened to our suggestions and compiled the initial drawings relatively quickly. They also successfully handled the whole planning permission process for us and provided a very fast and professional response to the requests and changes requested by the planning officer. We would definitely use them again for future work.”

“Designed a Garden Room extension to the back of a 1960s house in a 20th Century Conservation Area to create an 'integrated living' feel to the ground floor including taking the kitchen into this space. The Architects worked collaboratively with us, taking the design through the Planning process, producing detailed tender documents to enable us to select an appropriate builder. Remaining in the background but available to support us during the construction period.”

“I worked with JF Projects on a couple of projects and Jonathan is great at getting things done on time and within budget. He provides solutions which has brought us a lot of savings. He gets the liaising done between the Client and the Design Team so that we can just get on with the work. He also looks out for issues with the project before they arrise so that they do not slow the job down. I would recommend working with him and his team.”
